Accommodation capacity is 33 places, distributed as follows:
- 3 apartments in the structure of 2 +1 seats
- 9 double rooms with double beds
- 2 triple rooms (3 single beds)
All rooms have private bathroom, central heating, telephone, color TV, satellite, Internet permanent connection socket, central heating from its complex with individually adjustable temperature.
In the Tourist Complex "Northern Star" operates a restaurant with a capacity of 100 seats. It is equipped with a functional fireplace, bar, central heating, panoramic windows. Its capacity is completed, during summer with a terrace with a capacity of 30 seats.
At ground floor there is also a multi-purpose hall, used to serve breakfast buffet in the Swedish system or "a la carte".
