All rooms are equipped with private bathroom hairdryer and LCD TV.

The rental conditions are as follows:
- only accommodation services are provided
- the villa is not rented for Parties
- inside you have to wear slippers we provide tourists both normal and disposable slippers.
- access to all amenities of the villa - kitchen (fully equipped and equipped) barbecue wireless internet
- the amount of damages caused by tourists is paid by them.
- No candles fireworks or other pyrotechnic materials are lit inside the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa but only in specially arranged spaces on the terraces
