The villa is located immediately after entering Poiana Țapului, Busteni, 200 meters from DN1, in a secluded area, at the end of an alley.
It is only rented in its entirety. Minimum 2 nights (or a price 30% higher when possible)

(After each check out the air is sterilized with an ozone generator)

Capacity 6 people (or 7, 8 people - if you sleep in the living room on a sofa bed / the total price will be 12% higher)

For parties, under the age of 24 or if there are more than 6 people, a cleaning guarantee can be requested.

-It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms (one for one bedroom, one for 2 bedrooms and one for living room), large living room with equipped kitchen, terrace and a small inner courtyard with barbecue, hammock, tables. Central heating, wireless internet, TV in the living room.

There is a parking space next to the house, it can accommodate, at the limit, 2 cars.

In winter, when it is icy, it can happen that the last 10 meters cannot be climbed without chains.


The trout farm in Busteni is a few minutes walk away and in the inner courtyard you have a special place with barbecue
- A few minutes walk starts the route to Cascada Urlătoarea (easy route of 30 minutes), Valea Babelor or Poiana Stănii (route of one hour) and Cabana Piatra Arsă (3 hours). On the other side of DN1 start the Zamora neighborhood.
Easy access by car to the ski slopes.

Flexible check in and check out if there is no other reservation on the same day, otherwise 11.00 check out and 15.00 check in.
