New villa, located 10 minutes walk from the Kalinderu Ski Area.
Panoramic view of the Baiului Mountains, Cantacuzino Castle and the Crucea de pe Caraiman and the alpine route to Fisura Albastra.

It has 5 bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms and 2 with shared bathrooms, Finnish sauna, 80 sqm kitchen with dining area with full, premium amenities.

I purchased a modern massage chair, Komoder brand, with multiple settings for the whole body.

The villa is rented for Relaxation and Fun within reasonable limits!
Noisy groups are not accepted, and music is only listened to at a low volume after midnight!
No exceptions are allowed!
Smoking is prohibited in the villa. !

Minimum 2-night stay, preferably a group of max. 10 adults. For one night of accommodation, a 20% increased rate is paid.
The villa is also rented individually.

It is accepted to prepare light meals, cooked in the kitchen.

It is accepted max. 10 people, max. 2 in the room.
Are people accommodated in other locations not allowed to access the villa - under any circumstances?

There is also a terrace in the kindergarten where there is a barbecue with a medium fire pit, fuel not included.

Possibility of parking at the villa, for 5 cars.
