Cabrio ApartHotel 4* is a building of 18 apartments with one or two rooms (surface area between 40 and 70 sqm) and with large balcony (7-12 sqm). The aparthotel was opened in spring 2010 and renovated in winter 2018. It is situated in Andrei Muresanu neighborhood, a quiet area, without traffic, where you can rest and have the comfort you need at the end of the day. The building has 24 hours video monitoring and has parking spaces around the building.

- Studio Apartments (40 sqm): hall, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom
- One Bedroom Apartment (70 sqm): hall, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room, walk-in closet

Apartment 1 room - the rate for 1 night is 250 LEI
Apartment 2 rooms - the rate for 1 night is 350 LEI
The rates for 1 night do not apply to regular clients.

The rates include VAT number. The rates and conditions can be changed without notification at any moment. The rates remain valid based on availability and can be negotiated depending on duration of stay and number of people.

The rates for long stay, for our Studio Apartments, for maximum 2 persons, are the following:

- for the period of 1-3 months: 600 euro / month
- for the period of 4-8 months: 580 euro / month
- for the period of 9-12 months: 550 euro / month

Studio Apartment (37-40 sqm): bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hall, balcony

Bedroom equipped with: air conditioning, LCD TV, king size/twin beds, working desk and comfortable chairs, lamps, wardrobes with hangers, black-out curtains, iron and ironing board

Kitchen equipped with: tables, chairs, electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, trash bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid

Bathroom equipped with: bath tub, natural ventilation (windows), towels, shower gel, liquid soap, hair dryer

Rates include the following services:

- Utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage disposal, TV cable, wireless internet, air conditioning)
- Free parking in front of the hotel
- Apartment cleaning, change of towels and bed linings, laundry services once a week
- Hair dryer, iron and ironing board
