Pension Encian inaugurated in February 2016, it is located in the town Colibiţa area near the lake with the same name.
This area is famous for its scenic beauty and clean air with high ozone concentrations (90 micrograms / m- measurement recently conducted with the support Nasaud County Council). Following these measurements, it was confirmed that Colibiţa area area has the highest concentration of ozone in the air in the country, the values are similar to those in the Alps.
Pension Encian was built on a new concept, offering 3 suites with separate entrance from the courtyard, structured on two levels ground and first floor. Each apartment has:
- Ground floor: living room with LCD TV, sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
- Upstairs bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, LCD TV, dressing room, bathroom with shower and balcony.
The apartment number 4 with separate entrance, is on one level and consists of: living room with TV, sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Each apartment allows up to 4 persons but on request it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people.
If the entire guest house is occupied by a group, there is room for joint activities with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, table (maximum 22 people) LCD TV, stereo speakers, microphone and games.
The guest house has a generous covered terrace overlooking the lake and mountains Călimani.
Pension has satellite TV and central heating.
