The villa is situated 40 km from Bistrita, in Colibita, in a beautiful mountain area, with a spectacular scenery offered by the Calimani Mountains and the Colibita Lake.

The area offers many possibilities of relaxation fun in any season: trips in the mountains (Fairies Lake, mineral spring Borcut, marked route of 3.5 hours to the Bistricioru Peak), fishing (trout,chub, barbel more),swimming, sunbathing, climbing, mountain bike tracks,boats, hunting, open sledge trips etc.

The villa is placed on a 5000 sq meters area, arranged with a parking lot, football and basketball fields, pond, children pool, patio, barbecue.

The villa includes a living/ dining room (45 sq meters, 30 seats table, TV), 2 kitchens, 9 bedrooms with a total capacity of 28 guests, 6 bathrooms with shower.
