For rent, 3-room apartment in the center of Constanta, with superb view (from all windows) to the Black Sea.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, a living room with an open-plan kitchen (with a sofa bed), a bathroom with shower and a balcony (9m) that offers a beautiful panorama over the old town and Constanta port.

Near the apartment is the famous Collonade restaurant with terrace and cafeteria, where you can enjoy delicious apple fritters and different traditional dishes.
At approx. 10 minutes walk you can visit the old center of Constanta, the Ovidius square, the cliff and the famous Casino, as well as the tourist harbor Tomis.
Also within a 15-minute walk you can reach the modern, newly refurbished, less crowded beach with lower prices than in the major resorts.

We mention that the apartment was completely renovated in early 2017.

Among the facilities are:
- Complete bed linen (sheets, pillows) and clean towels;
- The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped (glass ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker);
- Complete dishes (set of plates, tableware, large glasses, small glasses, cups, and pots for 6 people);
- Internet wi-fi;
- Interphone.

The price differs depending on the period and the date of the accommodation.

The rules of the house
- Smoking is allowed only in the balcony (use ashtrays available on the balcony)
- We do not accept pets
- No partys in the apartment
- Important: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 persons. It is forbidden to accommodate more than 6 persons at the location.

- Check-out: until 12.00
