Alex's Beach House is a new construction 2023 independent and 100% privacy, intended as a holiday apartment.
1 Bedroom 25 sqm, double bed 160x200 with private bathroom, AC, smart TV, black out window blinds for a restful sleep and terrace view.
2 Living room 50 sqm private bathroom with shower, bidet, large sofa bed (2 people), AC, Smart TV 4k, black out window blinds and a fully equipped minimalist kitchen: Refrigerator, Induction hob, Sink, Microwave oven, Coffee maker and a table with chairs to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner + glasses of water, wine, cutlery, plates and coffee cups.
Other services: Washing machine, foldable dryer, hair dryer, cleaning products and in the bathrooms everything you need for body hygiene.
Outside in the inner courtyard there are 2 parked cars and at the gate 4 parking spaces with 24/24 video surveillance.
On the terrace inside the courtyard we have a triangular pergola for sunny days, a grill with a stove for fresh anchovies from the Black Sea coast, a table, chairs to sit for a drink or socialize and a swing to enjoy the aroma of coffee in the morning.
