Vila Aproape De Mare/ La Castel Accommodation is located in the northern area of ​​Costinesti resort, 400 m from the old train station, very close to the seafront.

The access to the beach offers easy access to tourists to sunbathe near the accommodation, or on the beach right next to the wreck. The privileged location, halfway between the obelisk and the wreck, close to the seafront, makes the unit preferred by all types of tourists: young people, families with children, or people who have come to rediscover the resort of youth without old age.

The rooms, furnished in minimalist style, offer private bathroom, shower with permanent hot water, refrigerator, TV, double bed, terrace, free wireless internet access in common areas.

Our guests can enjoy for free the benefits of our swimming pool, permanently heated, with a temperature between 25-29 gr, equipped with hydromassage, water games and lights, sprinklers, sun loungers, located in the shade or in the sun. From the common terrace on the upper floor, you can admire the sea.

Meals can be served at the terraces and restaurants located within a radius of 50-200 m. You can reach the train station in less than 5 minutes. The unit has free parking spaces near the property, or private parking (15 lei/day).

The stay can be booked by paying an advance of 30% of the total price. Free cancellation is possible 15 days before the start of the stay.
