Luxury intimate chic studios and studios with generous surfaces between 30 and 38 square meters located in the newest Complex of Studios and Apartments White Residence only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach.

Most of the Studios also face the sea the sea that can be seen from the upper floors and have modern equipment and facilities.

Preparing the Studio for guests:

Bed linen pillows blankets kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90C
It is completely vacuumed followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces
The dishes are washed and disinfected
Clean bed linen previously washed and disinfected in the laundry is placed on the bed
After placing clean bed linen towels and decorations all flat surfaces handles are finally disinfected being completely cleaned is ready for new guests.

The living room is separated by a decorative wall from the preparation and dining area. The futuristic LED interior lighting ensures a pleasant ambience and a wonderful state of comfort. Everything is thought out to offer an extremely relaxing holiday.
The living room is equipped with a matrimonial bed 160x200 an extra folding bed for 1 person 80x200 a generous dressing room for clothes 2 practical chests of drawers next to the bed a table with 2 bar-type chairs clothes drying rack iron and ironing board . In addition Smart TV samsung LED crystal UHD - diagonal 138 cm cable TV with HD programs free WI-FI Internet air conditioning washing machine.
- The bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub hairdryer sink built into the bathroom furniture ventilation fan mirror and a suspended WC.

- The spacious kitchen arranged very practically has the following equipment: induction stove hood sink and drainer refrigerator with freezer microwave oven and gas central for supplying hot water. Other equipment: coffee maker toaster kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils.

- The intimate terrace equipped with a table and 2 comfortable chairs for serving breakfast or morning coffee offers a wonderful view of the sea and the gorgeous sunrise. It is also used as a smoking area (no smoking inside)
