Hygiene and cleanliness define us, absolutely all guests who have crossed our threshold have appreciated this aspect! We are relatively close to the sea, just 400 m from the extended, modernized beaches.
Villa "Ozon Eforie-rooms for rent" is a location with generous, bright accommodation spaces, equipped with new furniture. It is located just 400 m from Steaua de Mare beach and 500 m from Acapulco beach. Both beaches have been extended through European funds to approx. 120 m wide.
The villa with rooms for rent is located in a quiet neighborhood of houses and villas, far from the terraces and tumult of the cliff or the central streets of Eforie Nord, with intense traffic.

The superior rooms are spacious and have RDS cable TV, with 81 cm LCD/LED, 105 l refrigerators, air conditioning, hair dryer, double bed of 2 m by 1.80 m and one of 2 m by 90 cm, bathtubs and balconies.
The double rooms have a double bed, LCD 81 cm, 105 l refrigerator, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, hair dryer, without balcony.

Free and illuminated parking is available on the sidewalk next to the villa or near the villa. For each tourist who comes by car, we make an effort to keep a parking space on the day of arrival (in place of the tourists who leave).
The location benefits from a fully equipped guest kitchen (stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery) with 12 seats on the 2nd floor, courtyard with terrace for 8 seats, swings, smoking area (benches with ashtray-leg).
Just 50 meters from us (3 houses away) there are two neighboring restaurants, "Turist" and "Terasa cu Ancore" (fisherman's specialty), where you can eat in decent conditions.
