The guesthouse is located in Eforie Sud, in the city center, 40 m from Lake Techirghiol and a 7-8 minute walk to the beach.
Just 13 km from Costinesti and 35 km from Vama Veche, 5 minutes from the train station and a few steps from Baile Reci in Eforie Sud, you have the opportunity to combine a vacation at the sea, on the beach, with the benefits offered by the mud of Lake Techirghiol, on its shore.
The villa has a capacity of 20 people in 8 rooms, of which 2 rooms with a balcony, each equipped with a private bathroom, flat screen TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, refrigerator, courtyard behind the villa with the possibility of a barbecue, tables, chairs. On the ground floor there is a bar and a terrace.
