We reserve the right to request an advance payment of 50% of the price of the stay. The reservation deposit must be paid within 24 hours (working day).
The advance payment is non-refundable.
If the tourist shortens his/her stay, a penalty of 50% of the value of the cancelled period will be charged.
Check-in: Starting at 14.00. Late arrival, after 20.00, must be notified in advance at the hotel reception, by phone or email. In the event that late arrival is not notified, the guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

We do not offer parking! You can park in front of the Unit, but we do not manage or own private parking spaces.
