It is on the 2nd floor, in the best area: center "2 steps" from the beach with the spa, shops, terraces, central market, bus station nearby. It has its own reserved parking near the block and complete amenities for a pleasant stay with the family: air conditioning, washing machine, 2 comfortable beds, hot water at optimal pressure permanently and perfect cleanliness.
● Apartment Callatis 1st floor roundabout area, 2 rooms 65 sqm modern renovated 2025, complete amenities: central heating, air conditioning, washing machine, both rooms have double beds, 2 balconies, reserved parking space that can be seen through the window. It is located in a quiet area, close to the spa, beach and city center.
Our goal is to offer you a generous space where you can find all the amenities of home. We provide linens, towels, consumables. Smoking area on the balcony - very beautiful view.
