The villa, inaugurated in 2015, offers 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms.
In the villa there is WIFI (Internet) and cable TV in all rooms (flat LED TV). Central heating with gas and radiators with thermostat.
Room distribution:
- A triple room with a double bed, double sofa bed and river terrace. Ensuite bathroom.
- A triple room with a large double bed and a single bed. Ensuite bathroom.
- Two double rooms with private bathrooms, with large double bed and with terrace or balcony.
- A double room with private bathroom with double bed.
The accommodation capacity is 12 people and can be extended only for children, for a fee. Children under 4 free.
Children 4-12 years pay 30 Lei / Night.
A generous living room with fireplace (with electric light), 2 tables for 8 people, LED TV, a bar and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
In all rooms there are flat LED TVs (pictures must be updated!).
German designer / architect, custom-made furniture from Germany.
On the ground floor two exterior terraces, one of which is covered with access to the river, on this terrace being built the barbecue. Garden with swing, terrace furniture.
It is located on the only part of Moeciu de Sus where you can see the ridge of the Bucegi massif !!!
The villa has all the operating permits and is certified by the Ministry of Tourism, being classified with 3 stars.
