The guesthouse is located at the entrance to Baile Olanesti, with access from the main street on the private bridge, quiet location, with no other buildings around.

It offers 12 accommodation rooms (7 doubles and 5 triples) with access to the kitchen, dining area, barbecue area with gazebos, swimming pool only in the warm season, hot tub for a fee, multiple relaxation areas, children's playground, ping pong table, covered terrace and swings and a petting zoo with ponies.
