The property, located at the foot of the "Acoperamantul Maicii Domnului" Monastery, opposite the bridge leading to the Valea Budului International Children's Camp, consists of 2 separate buildings, one behind the other, with surfaces of 175 sqm and 110 sqm respectively. The land being on a slope, the property is special and even atypical due to the architecture of the building, the living room and the dining area, in an area of 80 sqm, being on the first floor of the villa overlooking a terrace of 20 sqm from where you can admire the beautiful landscape of the coniferous forest that hides the road to the above mentioned camp. In the living room there is also a wood burning fireplace framed by a large corner sofa.
