Semi-detached house located in the center but still in a quiet street above Salina Praid and Strand Praid (300 m)
The house is sealed both acoustically and visually (back garden). Separate entrance shared kitchen and living room with an armchair that can be opened (with private bathroom) two attic rooms with private bathroom.
In winter the heat is provided by the fireplace and in the attic rooms there are also electric radiators.
