Casa Briza is for lovers of mountains, hiking, fresh air and peace. We offer you 10 places, located in 5 bedrooms. You can find us in Valea Doftana locality, Traisteni village, about 130 km from Bucharest on the Doftana river. It is reached through the town of Campina at a distance of 30 km from it or through Comarnic.
The house is equipped with the latest generation thermal power plant on wood.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with private bathroom and a terrace.
Upstairs there are three very spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and in the attic there is another bedroom with its own bathroom.
The living room, with an area of 45 sqm has all the necessary facilities, such as:
- dining area,
- LCD TV and home cinema system,
- TV cable
From the living room you can go out on a terrace of 20 sqm where you can relax, dine, or drink coffee, admiring the panorama over the Baiului mountains.
We also have a covered terrace equipped with barbecue and dining area.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment (stove, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, etc.)
All bedrooms have double beds and three of them have their own terraces.
You also have:
- Barbeque.
- Games (cards, rummy, chess, backgammon, etc.)
- Parking for 5-6 cars
Only for children we have a 'tree house' arranged rustically and full of toys.
The entrance to the Glodeasa reservation is about 3 km from us and the true nature lovers will be happy to find beautiful landscapes in which man did not intervene. Around there are several mountain trails for all preferences from the very light ones of maximum half an hour with impressive panoramas, to the 5-6 hours for mountain enthusiasts. The basic idea of our house is relaxation and tranquility so we appreciate if you leave the speakers and sound systems at home and listen to good music within reasonable limits.
On request you can buy natural products from households in the area such as the famous Doftanei cascavea, eggs, milk, Telemea cheese, bellows cheese, (there are permanent suppliers).
There is NO smoking inside the location but we have terraces and a garden of 2500 sqm.
