Casa Sima is located on the outskirts of Călimănești, at the entrance to Sălătrucel Commune, on the county road leading to the top of Cozia Mountain, 5 km from Aqua Park and Cozia Monastery.

The villa has 6 rooms, with private bathrooms, double beds, LCD, free wifi, access to a fully equipped kitchen, courtyard, barbecue, gazebos, swing.

Various private events can be organized for people who rent the entire house.
