The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach of Steaua de Mare (newly arranged beach width of over 100 m and smooth entry into the water) and 15 minutes from the city center in a quiet area. It has 5 double rooms (double bed) with private bathroom and balcony.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the kitchen a spacious hall that can be used as a dining area and a double room the rest of the rooms are upstairs.
