The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach of Steaua de Mare (newly arranged beach, width of over 100 m and smooth entry into the water) and 15 minutes from the city center, in a quiet area. It has 5 double rooms (double bed) with private bathroom and balcony.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the kitchen, a spacious hall that can be used as a dining area and a double room, the rest of the rooms are upstairs.
