Veronica Guesthouse offers accommodation in 3 buildings:
Building A:
- 5 rooms with two bathrooms (the 5 rooms are equipped with TV);
- 10 rooms with bathroom and TV in each room;
- 2 dining rooms;
- Kitchen;
- Barbecue available;
- Apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, (both rooms have bathroom and TV), kitchen, living room and terrace. The apartment has separate entrance from the rest of the building A

Building B (House 1) is composed of:
- 2 large and bright bedrooms: a room downstairs equipped with bathroom, TV, bed and kitchen, and the other upstairs room, equipped with bathroom, TV and two beds (one martimonial and one person) . In both rooms the entry is from the outside. Hot water and cold water is constantly; Barbecue available;

Building C (House 2) is composed of:
- 5 rooms and also bright equipped with TV, bathroom and own terrace;
- Apartment with two rooms with common bathroom, terrace and TV in each room;
- Kitchen, dining room, barbecue, hot water constantly;
House 2 is new building, inaugurated in April 2009;
