O experiență care depășește cu mult cele trei stele

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Complexul Turistic Panoramic din Slănic Moldova și pot spune sincer că, deși complexul este clasificat la trei stele, camera în care am fost cazați s-a prezentat la un nivel pe care l-aș asocia, fără ezitare, cu unul de patru stele.
Curățenia este impecabilă, până la cel mai mic detaliu. Camera este spațioasă, bine întreținută, iar baia este mare și dotată cu absolut tot ceea ce ai nevoie. Se vede că aici nu se face rabat la calitate și nici la lucrurile aparent mărunte, care, până la urmă, fac diferența.
Și partea de restaurant ne-a surprins în mod plăcut. Mesele sunt bogate, produsele sunt bine pregătite, iar micul dejun este cu adevărat extraordinar: diversificat, bine organizat și foarte atent pus la punct. Ai senzația că fiecare detaliu este gândit pentru confortul oaspeților.
Dar, pentru mine, unul dintre cele mai importante lucruri a fost liniștea. Într-o perioadă în care găsești tot mai rar locuri unde te poți bucura cu adevărat de odihnă, la Panoramic am găsit exact acest lucru: liniște și relaxare.
Un plus important îl reprezintă și personalul. Doamnele de la recepție sunt foarte drăguțe, comunicative și amabile, iar ospătarii sunt politicoși, atenți și comunicativi. Atitudinea oamenilor contribuie enorm la atmosfera plăcută a întregului complex.
Felicitări administratorilor pentru modul în care este gestionat acest loc! Se vede că există atenție la detalii și preocupare reală pentru confortul celor care le trec pragul.
Recomand cu drag Complexul Turistic Panoramic din Slănic Moldova. Pentru mine, experiența a fost mult peste ceea ce m-aș fi așteptat de la un complex de trei stele.
