The traditional house, 100 years old, specific to the Valea Doftanei area, restored in 2023 with the preservation of the architecture and elements
traditional of the house.

The house is fully rented, having 5 rooms and 10 places to stay.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 3 on the ground floor and one in the attic, and 2 bathrooms.

The generous barn next to the house contains the kitchen, furnished and equipped as
at home, the dining area and a bathroom and in the attic a bedroom.

The 2000 m2 yard has a gazebo with a barbecue, a place set up for a campfire, hammocks, a house in the huge walnut tree next to the house and a playground for children.
